Its work if i start with ffxivboot64.exe, and yes, it say that i dont have license and dont connect with Steam.

then ya could just play via custom launcher. just gotta manage to link your account somehow tho. If the problem persists need you to ask the support tho. I cant connect them together? oh yea, you need to link your steam account >_> well i can not help you with this.

Square enix made in march a weird security update and all steam accounts need now be linked x.x if it still not works and noone here finds a solution need you to show this to the support. you need to manage somehow to link your steam acc to the SE acc x.x otherwise will the custom launcher not be able to start the game =|. if it does for you can i not say because he had a different error which said that the service cant be completed because the account is not linked. In another topic downloaded someone the launcher from the square enix page and then copy and pasted thatone into the gamefolder and it then worked. Im download launcher from internet and its work, but im need its start with Steam. if all this dosnt helps need you probably to bother the support about this.

tho, windows usually tells you that this is the case with a popup. Sometimes blocks windows certain activities when it comes to writing into the documents folder or torwards onedrive if ransomware protection is enabled.
